Update: MOLLY is in her new happy home! Congratulations MOLLY!

While Molly is settling into her new home, she does have several medical issues that are being monitored. Her new owner also found that she is essentially completely deaf! She will need some additional medical care so if you would like to continue to help Molly, please feel free to make a donation to the Foundation to the rescue program in Molly’s name. Thank you for your support, encouragement, and caring about this very special lady. who is now in a loving home! Molly is HOME!

Molly, along with her BFF (best friend forever) Herman, has had her life turned upside down this year so far! Her long-time owner developed some mental health issues so both Molly and Herman ended up in a shelter in southern CA. The owner asked for them back when he felt better. However, a month later the owner once again fell ill and both Kerries were returned to the shelter again, only to be taken back “home” yet again when the owner felt better. Recently they were taken back to the shelter for the final time as the owner finally agreed that Molly and Herman should find a new home.

Molly is no longer in the shelter but is currently are being fostered in the care of an excellent kennel in southern CA, surrounded by compassionate and loving people now but she would love to find a wonderful new home.   According to her foster family, she is fine with the youngsters in their family and is good with other dogs. Molly is reported to be a real “love bug” and should be a great addition to any home. Although Molly, as an all-girl Kerry, probably likes to have her photo taken as she knows she is beautiful, we do not have any photos of her at this time but will post them as we get them so you can see just how pretty she is!  Molly is thought to be 5 years old.

Molly is currently located in southern CA and her adoption fee is $350 to help defray her expenses. The Foundation would also appreciate any donations to continue to cover the expenses for Molly, her buddy Herman, and our other rescue dogs. If you can’t adopt, please consider helping with a donation of any size. Thank you. Contact [email protected] for more information.
